We are thrilled to share that the German-Irish Chamber of Industry and Commerce hosted its inaugural International Women's Day Event!
We were honoured to welcome the Minister for Special Education and Inclusion, Josepha Madigan as our guest of honour. Attendees were treated to a keynote that was both empowering for women in business and leadership and humorously insightful on the cultural nuances between Germany and Ireland.
The panel discussion, expertly chaired by the Chamber's Jutta Jennings, featured an impressive line-up of speakers: Susan O'Hanlon from Salesforce, Susan Crawford from Catagen, Grit Young from EY, Ursula Tipp from Tipp McKnight Solicitors, and Claire Kelly from Sigmar Recruitment. These inspiring women shared their journeys and insights on navigating the German-Irish business landscape and beyond.
It was a fantastic opportunity to celebrate the achievements and discuss the future of women in leadership together.
